Our Story

Back in 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, our family decided to bring some joy into our lives by getting a dog—and that’s how Rocky came into our home. From the very beginning, Rocky had a unique habit: he would only sit with us at the dinner table when tacos were being served. No matter what else we cooked, he showed no interest, but the moment tacos hit the table, there he was, eyes wide and tail wagging. It became a running joke in the house that Rocky had better taste than most people. Over time, that simple tradition sparked an idea, and we decided to launch a taco food truck in his honor—Rocky’s Tacos.
